Science experiment - making a candle burn in water! (?)
Today is Mr Pirie's last day with us and we wish to thank him for his input to our class and within the school over the past three weeks as he carried out his first year teacher trainee posting. We have enjoyed his musical talents, artistic talents and his sense of humour and his natural style of teaching. Pupils will comment about what they have enjoyed with Mr Pirie.

This week I enjoyed having Mr Pirie here.
I think that I can improve on the neatness in my work.
I enjoyed being with Mr Pirie for the past three weeks. My favourite activity with Mr Pirie was when we got to shade and make toy animals look 3D. Im so sad that he is leaving!
This week I enjoyed playing with Mr Pirie. Mr Pirie is an awesome student teacher I think that Mr Pirie will be a awesome teacher one day I will miss Mr Pirie when he is gone. :(
Mr Pirie is some cool. He has lots of awesome talents. He can play the guitar. (Mrs Coyle is JELOUS and thinks he is showing of. He plays the guitar at lunch while we eat and sing along if we know the song. Good Luck in the future and you will be a SPECTACULAR teacher. BYE:)

my favourite thing about having Mr Pirie in our class is......
sketching, it was so fun learning all the different shades to make a 3D shape look :)
I enjoyed learning how to shade with Mr Pirie and how to make a shape look 3D.
My favourite thing with Mr Pirie was the art we did. We painted an orange.
